I'm a consultant currently working with Avanade / Accenture, specialising in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and Delivery Leadership. I work across discovery, stakeholder engagement, requirements definition, backlog ownership, delivery planning, and implementation readiness - helping bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.
My background as a former .NET Developer and Development Team Lead gives me the ability to work comfortably with both business stakeholders and engineering teams. Discovery to Delivery
Led discovery for an automotive data transformation initiative, turning unclear business problems into a clear business case, roadmap, and actionable delivery plan to build an automotive data solution.
Digital Analytics Operating Model
Helped define an operating model for a major mining and natural resources client's digital analytics program, including the creation of a capital decisions funding process for new opportunities that became the gold standard for capital submissions within the business.
